A yes on the historic-district question means two attachments: photographs of any existing fences on the site, and the design of the proposed fence. That covers the East End, Lost Bayou and Silk Stocking districts. Lighter than it sounds: most fencing is handled under administrative approval, reviewed by the historic preservation officer during the building permit process rather than at a full Landmark Commission hearing.
